I have a very old Apple computer that is presently used only with Claris
FileMaker Pro. These files date way back (1991) and are now too big so I
would like to convert them to my PC and bid adieu to the Mac. Does anyone
know of a forum, newsgroup or can you help me in this endeavor? So far my
search has not found a source for this question. Thank you.

Dear Sudy Nim,

Probably, you can easily export the old FileMaker files to a
text file. Claris FM Pro should be able to export to
tab-delimited, csv, dif or another format that is compatible
with many other databases. After exporting, import the data into
the database of your choice.
